Been reading the annoyances of Luffy possibly remaining with a missing tooth; can't say I didn't find Oda's solution hilarious. A glass of milk and all is solved. Caesar and Bege allying was not a surprise either.
One thing that's always the case in one piece 859 every arc is, every arc in itself always has the resources for Luffy to always come out on top; Dressrosa arc is a prime example of this:
Viola's ability which gave whoever she sided the advantage because she knew their whereabouts and activities at all times - I'd argue that if the SHs didn't have her in the ideal world, they'd have been defeated there and then.
Colosseum participants - initially enemies and suddenly allies and ultimately a part of the SHGF

- Everything goes in their favour, and this arc is no different:
- Lola giving the Vivre-card pre-skip
- Brulee's ability
- Capone Gang
- Jinbei and the Sun Pirates

The Germa will undoubtedly have to ally in order to survive Big Mom's assassination
I'd argue that the most useful and plot-changing ability here would be Purin's ability which will come into play at some point a la Viola's.
It's undeniable that Luffy will of course take centre-stage and will deviate from the plan in some way. This has easily been one of my favourite chapters in this arc; great to see Oda come out of the break with a bang and with a fusillade of comedy to drown us in.
