Bobbin's bounty is surprisingly low. I guess he hasn't done anything huge that's actually been witnessed, because we know how he destroyed an entire island by himself. Though, is he strong, or does his ability just make it difficult for whoever fights him? Given how he tanked Sanji's kick, he's got some decent durability, at least. And he's carrying around a sword, so he doesn't just rely on his hypnosis abilities. So Napoleon can actually fight. That's interesting, and I'm very curious how a hat can turn into a sword. I would guess he's a hat that's given a soul by BM, and on top of that has a DF, but there's no DF available for him that can do this. That'd be Daz Bones or Baby 5's DFs, as far as we've seen. And aww, Luffy looks old as hell. It's interesting how going without food affects him so much. He's even completely dried up. He looks like how he did back in Impel Down, actually. Goes to show how much his strength has grown, that he's able to fight through it.
